Due to the characteristics of high mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, high voidage and large surface of the filler, the exhaust gas and the absorption liquid have more contact area and reaction time on the surface of the filler.

The purified gas will be full of water through the fog removal device at the top of the tower to remove water and directly discharged into the atmosphere.The working principle of the acid mist treatment tower is to separate the polluting substances in the gas and convert them into harmless substances to achieve the purpose of purifying the gas.

It belongs to the differential contact countercurrent type, the packing in the tower body is the basic component of gas-liquid two-phase contact, the gas outside the tower body enters the tower body, the gas enters the packing layer, the packing layer is from the top spray liquid and the front spray liquid, and forms a layer of liquid film on the packing, the gas flows through the filler gap, contact with the packing liquid film and absorption or comprehensive reaction. The packing layer can provide enough surface area without causing too much resistance to gas flow, and the gas after absorption or synthesis is collected by the defogger and discharged out of the tower through the outlet.

Waste water is recycled in PP waste gas tower circulation tank after dosing treatment, and the sediment is cleaned and transported regularly.
