Closed cooling tower winter operation need to pay attention to what?

The closed cooling tower is derived from the evaporative cooler, and is a heat exchanger that combines the performance of the water-cooled cooler and 

the conventional cooling tower, and is also a heat exchanger between the water cooler and the air cooler.

Precautions for winter operation:

In order to prevent the freezing of the heat exchange tube and spray water of the closed cooling tower, please note the following:

1, to prevent the freezing of circulating water, please add non-freezing liquid in the circulating water, or add an auxiliary anti-freezing electric heater

 in the distribution pipe.

2, when the circulating water pump is running, the antifreeze electric heater is heated, and the water will not freeze. If there are occasions when the 

circulating water pump stops, there is another need for an auxiliary circulating water pump, here we recommend the use of a complete set of antifreeze

 (including auxiliary circulating water pump, antifreeze electric heater, and piping).

3. It is recommended that the water in the heat exchange tube and water tray be released when the equipment is not used in winter.

4, to prevent the freezing of the spray water pump and piping, please use an antifreeze electric heater to maintain the temperature of the lower sink.
