１．The horizontal installation of the polypropylene storage tank is carried out on a solid foundation by means of embedded anchor bolts.

２．Under the guidance of professionals, carry out the correct installation of equipment, electrical control devices and accessories, and check whether the pipeline is smooth, whether the installed instrument is correct, and whether there is damage. Before starting, check whether there are people or objects in and around the equipment that affect the normal operation of the equipment to avoid danger.

３．After installation, a trial run of a few seconds should be carried out to determine that there is no electrical short circuit or no abnormal sound before a short time of trial rotation.

４．If the mixing tank is equipped with a mechanical seal, an appropriate amount of No. 10 or sewing machine oil should be injected into the sealing lubrication tank before the main engine starts, and cooling water should be inserted into the sealing cooling chamber so that the sealing device is well lubricated and cooled. The machine seal is not adjusted before delivery. After installation, adjust the machine seal to a proper position according to the installation instructions before normal operation.
