The 4th Weifang Vocational Skills Competition

On August 10, 2023, the 4th Weifang Vocational Skills Competition - Anqiu District Competition and the 2nd Anqiu Vocational Skills Competition were successfully held in Shengbao, Shandong, China. This competition is jointly hosted by the Weifang Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Anqiu Municipal People's Government, organized by the Anqiu Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and co organized by the Anqiu Municipal Finance Bureau, Anqiu Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, Anqiu Xin'an Street Office, Anqiu Fiberglass Industry Association, and Shandong Shengbao Company.

Liu Lixin, a member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Weifang Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, Wang Dongzhi, a professor at Jinan University, Deputy Secretary General of the Shandong Composite Materials Society, and Secretary General of the Advanced Building Materials Special Committee of the Shandong Silicate Society, and Yu Hao, a member of the Standing Committee of the Anqiu Municipal Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Group of the Municipal Government, and nominated candidate for Deputy Mayor, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. More than 150 people, including the main leaders of the organizers and co organizers of the competition, leaders of relevant departments (units) directly under the city, leaders of municipal state-owned enterprises and other relevant enterprises, leaders of some private vocational training schools, representatives of referees, and contestants, participated in the opening ceremony. The opening ceremony was presided over by Zhang Jingbao, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Anqiu Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security.

Wang Fenghai, President of Anqiu Fiberglass Association and Chairman of Shandong Shengbao Company, delivered a speech at the opening ceremony: Shandong Shengbao will cooperate with full spirit, enthusiastic service, and make every effort to organize this competition well. Skills competition is an effective platform for employees to showcase their skills, exchange and learn, as well as a major review of the skills of all employees. We hope that all participants will participate seriously, demonstrate their style and level.

The project of this competition is fiberglass product worker (hand layup worker). At the competition site, contestants from the fiberglass industry demonstrated their skills with a good spirit. After the theoretical knowledge written test and practical skills assessment, 10 first prizes, 20 second prizes, and 29 third prizes were awarded in the final round.

This competition provides a platform for skilled talents to showcase and exchange skills, and is a comprehensive test of their professional skills and professional qualities.
